Israeli celebrity chef Eyal Shani became a New York sensation when he opened the casual Miznon eatery in 2018 at Chelsea Market. Since then, he’s expanded to eight restaurants across the city — among 40 worldwide — and his most recent establishment, Shmoné, on West 8th Street, landed the chef in the Michelin guide for the first time.
